Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of liameme (liameme.com), operated by a sole trader based in Norway.

1. Products
All products are custom print-on-demand items produced and shipped by Printify and their global network of print providers. We do not hold inventory. Production times are typically 2–7 business days before shipping.

2. Intellectual Property
All designs sold on liameme are owned by or licensed to the store operator. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any designs without written permission.

3. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party fulfillment partners (Printify), customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be fully refunded in such cases.

5. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
